Pricing is structured around defined engagements with clear scope and costing before anything begins. Every engagement starts with a diagnostic: a focused, deliverable-led piece of work that stands on its own merits, not a loss-leader to a larger commitment.
Compared to the overhead built into major consultancy day rates, we offer senior practitioner expertise directly. You work with our team throughout, not handed off to juniors or AI agents with occasional senior oversight.

Almost every engagement begins with a diagnostic. This gives us all parties an honest, evidence-based picture of your current AI position before any strategy or deployment work begins.
Do you work with organisations outside the UK?
Yes. While Futureformed is based in London, we work with organisations internationally. Most advisory work is conducted remotely, with on-site presence arranged when the engagement requires it.
