Liam is an AI transformation, business change and project / product management expert based in London. He has spent his career in financial services, creative arts, sustainability and music leading complex technology and change programmes.
His practice is grounded in the conviction that AI adoption is fundamentally a change management process. Getting the technology right is necessary but not sufficient - you have to bring people with you, and that requires a different kind of expertise.
He works with people right across businesses to build the capability, confidence, and culture that make AI initiatives stick. Everything is underpinned by his desire to build great, open working relationships that make collaboration enjoyable and effective.
